In some rare cases the waiting time can be to 48 hours. Support tickets sent during weekends or public holidays will be processed next Monday or the next business day.
- Before posting any ticket, please search through the public tickets, you may find your answer there so you won’t need to submit a new one and wait for your answer.

- Before posting, please make sure that you have installed latest version of the theme. Inside each theme we put its own documentation please read it carefully; you’ll find it simple and functional. There are video tutorials inside the documentation it will help you to learn fast, don’t miss them.
- To have a quick and thorough review on your ticket please send a public ticket and make sure that you send issue details with related url and screenshot. If you believe the issue won’t fix with tips and advice then send a private ticket with WordPress admin user/pass +url to login for deeper examination. Don’t worry about your login information, they are safe with us.
- Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features, fixing bugs and reported issues, providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions.
- With register account in our Support Ticket you agree that you agree with our Mail Subscription.
You can cancel Subscription using Unsubscribe button at the bottom of any Mail from us.
According to Themeforest rules support includes:
- Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features, fixing bugs and reported issues, providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions.
Item support does not include:
- Customization and installation services, support for third party software and plug-ins.
- Although we’ll help you with small modifications, tips and advices but kindly note that you buy a theme as it is on the market and if your desired state is not matching the demo then we suggest using services of http://studio.envato.com/ for your own customization.
